The Sports Industry Review offers several methods of opinion polling for consumer and community insights. We’re used to seeing public polls around political events but they can also be incredibly helpful for gathering quick feedback from people that likely have not been to one of your consumers yet.
The Sports Industry Review will use phone, email and in-person communication with the general public throughout the city and neighboring counties. Opinion polling can be a continuous commitment, in-season or off-season only, or a one-time project for your organization. Opinion polling allows you to reach more people in and around Indy to gather feedback on existing or potential initiatives and processes. Use it to identify what would need to happen to convert a non-consumer into a fan or how to nudge that single-game fan into a season-ticket holder.
